What counts as a free game?
A game counts once when you activate it for planning or play. Regenerating, printing, publishing versions, or using the same game on another device does not use another credit. Scheduling alone is free.
Is Android included?
The Android companion is coming soon as a Coach Pro benefit. Your three free games and eligible club access include Android too. Download a game while connected, manage it offline, and sync afterward. Optimized for tablets; also works on phones. Explore the Android companion →
What happens if I cancel?
Your paid access continues through the current billing period. Keep your records, exports, and already activated games. New games and active team/staff limits return to the Free allowance.
Can I get a refund?
Request a full refund within seven days of your first purchase by emailing support@soccergrowthhub.com from your account email. This first-purchase guarantee does not apply to renewals and does not limit additional refunds available through Link or required by law. Applicable taxes and your total are shown at checkout.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Use Plan & Club in the web Game Manager to manage billing, payment details, and cancellation. Subscriptions are sold on the web through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Link provides receipts and payment support; your statement may show LINK.COM followed by Soccer Growth Hub. You can also manage your purchases through Link.
