Step-hop with opposite knee and arm rising together; land softly and maintain an even rhythm.
Skip, shuffle, accelerate
Dynamic mobility · Agility & acceleration · Transition
Raise temperature and coordination gradually before adding a short football-specific acceleration.
Why this design: Three connected sections move from rhythmic coordination to lateral control and finally football-specific acceleration. The marked progression prevents the first repetition from becoming an all-out race.
Three 15-yard lanes with markers at 5 and 10 yards
Mark three sections in each lane and leave a safe deceleration zone after the finish. Use existing lines or agreed ground landmarks if markers are unavailable; walk the start, finish, and return route before moving. Organize 8 players before starting. Give every player a clear movement route. Check every player can move without entering another group's route.

Show relaxed skip: Step-hop with opposite knee and arm rising together; land softly and maintain an even rhythm. Invite players to copy it before adding another movement.
Run it in this order- 0:45 · Show the entry action: Show relaxed skip: Step-hop with opposite knee and arm rising together; land softly and maintain an even rhythm. Invite players to copy it before adding another movement.
- 2:11 · Relaxed skip: Skip through the first section with relaxed arm action. Use one movement at a time, copy a quick demonstration, and keep every round playful.
- 0:20 · Drink and reset: Offer a drink, demonstrate the next action briefly, and rotate partners or leaders if used. Take more time whenever needed and shorten play.
- 2:11 · Controlled lateral movement: Side shuffle through the second section while facing the same direction. Stay within comfortable control; simplify if space or balance is lost.

- 2:13 · Submaximal acceleration: Accelerate through the final section at controlled speed and decelerate gradually. Stay within comfortable control; simplify if space or balance is lost.
Stay square to the sideline, push the ground away, keep feet apart, and avoid clicking or crossing them.
Increase speed over several steps to a controlled fast pace rather than exploding on the first step.
Run through the finish, then shorten steps gradually in the separate deceleration area.
